Tides (tides-health.com) is a patient education and referral platform operated by LD Health Ventures. We help patients research peptide therapy and connect with vetted clinics. Our contact email is [email protected].

We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the platform:
- Email address - when you voluntarily submit it through our waitlist or contact forms
- Usage data - basic analytics like pages visited and time on site (via Google Analytics, anonymized)

We do not collect Protected Health Information (PHI). We do not require you to create an account. We do not collect payment information.
How we use your information
Your email address is used solely to:
- Notify you when vetted clinics become available in your area
- Connect you with a clinic partner if you request a referral

We may share your contact information with a clinic partner only when you explicitly request a referral to that clinic. In that case, only the information necessary to facilitate your introduction will be shared.
We use Formspree (formspree.io) to process form submissions. Formspree's privacy policy governs how they handle submitted data on their platform.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This data is anonymized and aggregated - we cannot identify individual visitors from this data. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels from social media platforms.
Data retention
