Tides Health is a patient education and matching platform. Clinical services, including health assessments, prescribing, and pharmacy fulfillment, are provided through our licensed telehealth infrastructure partner and independent, licensed pharmacies. Tides Health does not practice medicine and does not itself prescribe, compound, or dispense medication.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Medications prescribed through Tides Health are compounded and dispensed by independent, licensed third-party pharmacies. Tides Health does not compound or dispense medication itself. Depending on your protocol and location, your prescription may be filled by one of the following pharmacy partners:
Shipping timelines vary by pharmacy and location, and temperature-sensitive medications are packaged accordingly. Each pharmacy partner operates under its own state pharmacy license and is solely responsible for the compounding and dispensing of your medication.

Tides Health operates on a subscription basis for most protocols. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the applicable renewal cutoff. Pricing, billing frequency, and included services are disclosed at the time of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation penalties or fees. To cancel, contact us at admin@tides-health.com. Cancellation stops future billing as of your next scheduled renewal date; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law or otherwise stated below.
Refunds are handled consistent with our telehealth partner's standard refund terms: amounts already charged for a billing period in which medication has been prescribed, compounded, or shipped are generally non-refundable, since those costs have already been incurred with our pharmacy partners. If you believe you were charged in error, or if your prescription was never issued or shipped, contact admin@tides-health.com and we will review your request promptly.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or our services at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will survive.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, including our telehealth infrastructure partner and pharmacy partners. These links are provided for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website.
The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LD Health Ventures LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Website will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LD Health Ventures LLC, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which LD Health Ventures LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where superseded by applicable federal law.
If a dispute arises between you and Tides Health, we encourage you to first contact us at admin@tides-health.com so we can attempt to resolve it informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue any remedy available under applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable telehealth consent documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tides Health regarding your use of the Website and supersede any prior agreements.
